I can’t see any family members in DNA Connect

Unlike other results, the DNA Connect section may require a few additional days to check our entire database and compare the possible relatives’ samples with yours. We advise you to wait 5-6 days while the tool performs the analyses before confirming that no relatives appear in DNA Connect.

When new relatives appear in DNA Connect, the application will send you an email notification.

If, after waiting, no relatives appear, it means they are not in our database, i.e., they have not taken the tellmeGen DNA test and/or have not registered for the DNA Connect service.
