Yes, with the uploaded Raw Data, you can access your paternal haplogroup. Both the Raw Data Starter and Advanced products allow viewing this information, but the free version includes only Ancestry, without the haplogroups.

Moreover, the paternal haplogroup can only be obtained from individuals with a Y chromosome (males at birth). Otherwise, to find out yours, another male family member will need to take the test. More information can be found at this link.
