Why can I see my health data and not my ancestry data?

The SNPs used for analyzing, for example, genetic vulnerability to health conditions or personal traits are not the same as those used to calculate ancestry. Therefore, sometimes the SNPs used by other companies are not sufficient to calculate these results.

However, we continue to improve our tools and analysis methods to provide the best service, which means that if we can calculate it in the future, we will do so at no additional cost.
