Why can’t I see relatives after activating DNA Connect?
DNA Connect is updated once a week, which is why relatives may not appear immediately in your private account.
However, it’s important to note that your relatives must be present in our database, either through tellmeGen’s DNA test or by uploading genetic raw data, in order to appear in the DNA Connect section.
Additionally, everyone must have agreed to participate in the DNA Connect service.
When you have new relatives in the application, DNA Connect will send you an email notifying you.
