What happens if the sample is insufficient or the sequencing fails?

If the DNA quantity or quality is insufficient or a technical failure occurs, we will contact you to arrange for a new sample collection. Our priority is to minimize any inconvenience and, when appropriate, cover the costs of repeating the analysis. If there are additional logistical costs, we will inform you beforehand.
