What happens after the first year of tellmeGen+ subscription? Will I lose my results?

Your reports and results are yours forever, and you will still have access to them.

Without an active tellmeGen+ subscription, you will not receive new reports or updates, and access to DNA Connect will be paused.

The raw data stored on our servers will be deleted if you do not renew your subscription after the first year. We recommend downloading your raw data before the subscription period ends. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
