What’s in a tellmeGen kit?

Both the Starter and Advanced kits contain the same items inside their box:

A leaflet with instructions, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code, so you know which steps to follow at all times. The leaflet also contains the code for your kit, which you will need to input during registration.
The kit with swabs contains two swabs to collect saliva from the sides of the mouth, one for each side. A tube with preservative liquid, into which you should insert the swabs after collecting the saliva sample.
The kit with a saliva tube does not include swabs but comes with a tube containing preservative liquid and a funnel for depositing the sample.
The kit with a drying pouch includes a single swab, and instead of a tube with preservative liquid, it has a drying pouch to act as a receptacle.
A shipping bag to return the genetic test free of charge to the laboratory. You will need to print and attach the sticker we will send you via email.

This is the content of each individual box. The Duo and Family kits contain a single box or bag with the contents duplicated or tripled, respectively.
