When the sample has been received, how can I track my order?

Once we have received your sample, we will send you an email to inform you when the kit has been dispatched. The sample will take a maximum of 7 days to arrive at your address.

If you wish to track your order, or if the maximum period of 7 days has passed, you can contact us by email ([email protected]) or through the website chat. We will check the status of your order and provide you with your tracking number.
