Once my sample has been taken, how do I send my kit back to tellmeGen?
The shipping process for tellmeGen DNA kits depends on the location you are sending it from.
- For European countries, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email after you register the kit and create an account. Simply print the label and attach it to the plastic bag in the kit, then take it to the courier office indicated in the email. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder or write to [email protected] with your full address, name, and phone number.
- For the United States, Latin America, and the United Arab Emirates, a shipping sticker will be provided on the plastic bag containing the kit. Simply bring the kit to the nearest UPS or courier office.
- For Australia and Canada, you must send an email to [email protected] with your full address, name, and phone number to receive a shipping label. After you receive the label, print it out and attach it to the plastic bag in the kit, then take it to the nearest office.
