How is the test performed?

Step 1: Request your test through our website by clicking on the BUY button.

Step 2: Sample Collection: for this, you swipe the swabs we provide inside your mouth, rubbing the cheeks, and remember not to smoke, drink, or chew gum during the 30 minutes prior to sample collection.

Step 3: Register your kit: Once you receive your kit, scan the QR with instructions to create an account. You can also view the process by going to http://www.tellmegen.com/welcome

Step 4: Return it to the laboratory. After following the instructions on the box, put the sample in the bag and take it to the courier service you have been instructed to send by email..

Step 5: Receive your results: Within 30 to 45 days (4 – 6 weeks) you will receive an email informing you that your results are now available in your private account.
