Creating an account is a very simple process. You just need to scan the QR code on the instruction booklet or visit www.tellmegen.com/welcome. Feel free to contact us through any of the available channels if you have any questions during the process.

Once you have completed the form, you will receive an email to your associated email address to activate the account. Please check your spam or junk folder. You need to activate the account to access it later.

Additionally, you will also receive by email the shipping label for sending the sample to the laboratory. You won’t receive it until the registration process is fully completed, hence the importance of this step.

Furthermore, by creating the account, you will receive notifications to know the status of your sample or when your results will be available, as well as updates made to your account.
