What happens if I send back my sample before registering the kit code on the website?

If you send back your sample before registering it on our website, we will not be able to process or analyze it because we are unable to send you any kind of notification by email.

It is very important to carefully follow the steps we indicate in the instructions inside the DNA kit for the whole process to be correct.

If this happens, but you still have the kit instructions containing the code of your sample, or you have the tube code and know it, you can contact [email protected] so we can try to recover your sample and link them for analysis in the laboratory.
