What raw data formats do you offer and how can they be downloaded?

We offer the VCF and/or FASTQ formats for the Ultra product, which you can securely download from your user account. These are very large files, so we recommend ensuring you have sufficient storage space and a good internet connection.

The Starter and Advanced kits are downloaded in .csv format containing genetic markers and the genotype, requiring much less space.
