What is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how does it apply to tellmeGen?

The GDPR is the general data protection regulation of the European Union. It came into force in May 2016 and is mandatory for all companies in the European Union since May 25, 2018. This regulation gives citizens greater control and security over their personal information in the world 2.0. The RGPD extends their rights to decide how they want their data to be treated and how they want to receive information from companies.

At tellmeGen, in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI), the user is informed that:

The personal information that may be requested from the user in the different forms on this website will never be used for purposes other than those defined in this policy.
